We accept B2B returns when a valid reason is provided, such as:
– Damaged items upon arrival
– Manufacturing defects
– Shipping errors

Return conditions
– Claims must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery
– Supporting photos or documentation may be required
– Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis

Returns based on change of mind or unsold stock are not automatically accepted and must be discussed with our team in advance.
